Skills and Abilities now working
Skills and abilities are now included as part of the game engine.
Actions in place now:
* Move
* Search
* Speak
* Attack
The “big” areas left to work on are becoming in short supply. I’ve got three large-ish parts left:
* profile management — where a player will be able to see a detailed few of his profile and others players. This is also where players will upgrade their skills and abilities when they get enough experience. I’m pretty sure most of what I’ve got to do here is interface level. The objects and relationships seem to be pretty good shape.
* inventory management — likely a subset of profile managment, where a player view and manages the list of items in their inventory. Again, I think this is mostly interface level work.
* I’ve know for a while that one particular item was going to be integral to the game, and would have lots of specialized rules associated with it. I haven’t done any of this work yet.
